Restoration Reimagined

Restoration Reimagined is a holistic reentry program supporting youth ages 12–24 as they transition from incarceration or detention back into their communities

  • With a unique continuum of care, the program begins up to six months prior to release through individualized reentry planning in Juvenile Hall and extends post-release with at least 12 months of case management, mentorship, and connection to education, employment, housing, and healing supports.

  • Youth engage in peer accountability circles, wellness development, and personal goal-setting, ensuring they build both stability and a sense of direction.

Grounded in a framework of Leadership & Self-Determination and Liberation & Systems Change, Restoration Reimagined aims to reduce recidivism and promote successful, long-term reintegration
